Arterial constriction after resection of neuroblastic tumors in children: Two-center retrospective study

Two-center retrospective study of 113 pediatric neuroblastic tumor resections found arterial constriction occurred in 9.7% of cases, leading to serious complications including kidney atrophy, organ infarction, limb paresis, and one death. Local papaverine application showed limited efficacy in preventing ischemic complications.
