Effect of Posterior Tracheopexy on Risk of Recurrence in Children after Recurrent Tracheo-Esophageal Fistula Repair

Retrospective study of 62 children with recurrent tracheo-esophageal fistula treated surgically with posterior tracheopexy and rotational esophagoplasty. The technique achieved zero recurrences over median 2.5-year follow-up with low morbidity, offering an effective approach for this challenging complication.
