Fetal Hematogenous Routing of a Donor Hematopoietic Stem Cell Line in a Healthy Syngeneic Model of Transamniotic Stem Cell Therapy

Study demonstrates that hematopoietic stem cells delivered via simple intra-amniotic injection successfully reach fetal circulation and bone marrow in a rat model. This minimally invasive transamniotic approach shows selective HSC distribution to placenta, cord, marrow, and organs, offering a safer alternative to current invasive prenatal cell therapy techniques.
