Study validates an affordable inanimate simulation model for training pediatric surgeons in posterior sagittal anorectoplasty for anorectal malformation repair. Eighty participants across international workshops rated the model highly suitable for hands-on training, with trainees finding strong skill transferability to clinical practice.
