Role of urodynamics in male patients of high-anorectal malformations: a prospective study

Prospective urodynamic study of 41 male patients post-surgical repair for high anorectal malformations reveals 30% have unsafe bladders despite being asymptomatic. Findings demonstrate occult neurovesical dysfunction requiring early intervention to prevent long-term renal complications in this population.
