Zurich center reports outcomes from 150 fetal spina bifida repairs showing 37% shunt rate at one year, 84% independent ambulation at 3 years, and 97% complication-free maternal-fetal surgeries. Results demonstrate lower shunt dependency and higher functional outcomes compared to postnatal repair, with acceptable maternal and fetal safety profile.
