MANAGEMENT OF GIANT OMPHALOCELE WITH A SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT NONSURGICAL SILO

This multicenter study describes a nonsurgical silo technique using hydrocolloid dressing for staged reduction of giant omphaloceles in 40 neonates. The method achieved 95% anatomical closure with zero mortality and average closure time of 14.6 days, offering a safe alternative to traditional surgical management.
