Clinician Knowledge of Societal Guidelines on Management of Gastrointestinal Complications in Esophageal Atresia

Survey of 15 questions assessed clinician adherence to 2016 ESPGHAN/NASPGHAN guidelines for managing gastrointestinal complications in esophageal atresia patients. Median concordance was 69%, with strongest adherence in GERD management and surveillance endoscopy, but gaps identified in dysphagia evaluation and extraesophageal symptom workup.
