Topic overview
Retrospective study of 63 children with cervicofacial lymphatic malformations treated at a vascular anomalies center over 15 years. Sclerotherapy with doxycycline/bleomycin achieved significant improvement in 97% of macrocystic lesions but was less effective for microcystic disease, which often required surgical resection or sirolimus therapy.
