Thoracoscopic repair of congenital isolated H-type tracheoesophageal fistula

Retrospective case series of 12 pediatric patients (mostly neonates) who underwent thoracoscopic repair of isolated H-type tracheoesophageal fistula at two European centers. All repairs were completed thoracoscopically without conversion, with one recurrence requiring reoperation and one case of postoperative chylothorax, demonstrating feasibility of minimally invasive approach for this rare congenital anomaly.
