Predicting lethal pulmonary hypoplasia in congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH): Institutional experience combined with CDH registry outcomes

Retrospective study evaluating the SPHERE protocol for predicting lethal pulmonary hypoplasia in CDH patients using institutional data and CDH Registry outcomes. Results showed the protocol did not predict mortality, though patients failing pCO2 criteria required significantly more resources and had higher morbidity despite similar survival rates.
