Efficacy and safety of DSA-guided percutaneous sclerotherapy for venous malformations of penile region in children

Case series of 9 pediatric patients with penile venous malformations treated with DSA-guided percutaneous sclerotherapy using pingyangmycin and polidocanol. After average 2.3 treatment sessions, 6 patients achieved cure and 3 achieved basic remission with minimal complications and preserved penile function.
