Total robot-assisted choledochal cyst excision using da Vinci surgical system in pediatrics: Report of 10 cases

Retrospective case series of 10 pediatric patients (median age 69.5 months) who underwent total robot-assisted choledochal cyst excision with intracorporeal Roux-en-Y reconstruction using the da Vinci system. All patients recovered without complications, with mean operative time 218.7 minutes and hospital stay 7.92 days, demonstrating feasibility and safety of complete robotic approach in children over 4 years.
