Rectourethral and rectovesical fistula as serious and rare complications after Hirschsprung disease operation: Experience in seven patients

Retrospective case series of seven patients with rare rectourethral or rectovesical fistulas following Hirschsprung disease surgery. Successful repair achieved in 6 of 7 patients using tailored surgical approaches based on fistula location and associated complications, with good long-term bowel function outcomes.
