The first six years of the APSA Travel Fellowship Program: Impact and lessons learned

This program evaluation reports outcomes from APSA's travel fellowship (2013-2018), which brought 11 pediatric surgeons from low- and middle-income countries to North America for the annual meeting plus extended clinical training. Most fellows subsequently implemented system improvements, research initiatives, or quality projects in their home institutions.
