The feasibility of adrenal-sparing surgery in bilateral adrenal neuroblastoma

Retrospective case series demonstrates that adrenal-sparing tumorectomy is feasible in children with bilateral adrenal neuroblastoma, preserving adrenal function without compromising oncologic outcomes. All five patients remained disease-free without requiring adrenal replacement therapy at mean 5.5-year follow-up.
