Outcomes of children with hepatoblastoma who underwent liver resection at a tertiary hospital in China: a retrospective analysis

This retrospective Chinese study of 93 children with hepatoblastoma who underwent liver resection reports excellent 2-year survival rates (95.2% OS, 89.4% EFS), with metastasis being the primary negative prognostic factor. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy and TACE showed similar efficacy in downstaging tumors, though high treatment abandonment rates may limit generalizability.
