Our experience on management of failed pediatric pyeloplasty

This retrospective study of 40 children evaluates salvage procedures for failed pyeloplasty, comparing redo pyeloplasty, endopyelotomy, and balloon dilatation. Redo pyeloplasty achieved the highest success rate (78.9%) for recurrent ureteropelvic junction obstruction, though minimally invasive alternatives may benefit selected patients.
