Laparoscopic Orchiopexy of Palpable Undescended testes_ Experience of a Single Tertiary Institution With Over 773 Cases

Large single-center series of 773 patients demonstrates laparoscopic orchiopexy as safe and effective for inguinal palpable undescended testes, with 100% success rate and no conversions to open surgery. Technique allows simultaneous detection and treatment of contralateral patent processus vaginalis in 34% of cases, preventing future hernias.
