Continence after posterior sagittal anorectoplasty for anorectal malformations: comparison of different scores

Comparative study of 80 ARM patients evaluating three bowel function scoring systems (Holschneider, Krickenbeck, Rintala) after posterior sagittal anorectoplasty. All three questionnaires showed similar overall scores (71-73%) with significantly lower results correlating to ARM severity, though Krickenbeck scoring showed distinct patterns across malformation types.
