Protocol for enhanced recovery after surgery with 3D laparoscopic excision for choledochal cysts can benefit the recovery process

Retrospective study of 33 pediatric choledochal cyst patients demonstrates that enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols combined with 3D laparoscopic excision significantly reduce time to oral intake, hospital stay, and costs compared to traditional care, without increasing complications or readmissions.
