The impact of trisomy 21 on epidemiology, management, and outcomes of congenital duodenal obstruction: a population-based study

This UK population-based study of 102 infants with congenital duodenal obstruction found that trisomy 21 was present in 32% of cases and associated with higher rates of cardiac anomalies and longer hospital stays, but did not affect surgical management or mortality outcomes.
