Analysis of factors related to recurrence of paediatric hepatoblastoma - a single Centre retrospective study.

Retrospective analysis of 56 pediatric hepatoblastoma patients identifies key recurrence predictors: AFP reduction <60% and tumor size reduction <50% after neoadjuvant chemotherapy are independent risk factors. Age >54 months and delayed AFP normalization (>6 months) also correlate with higher recurrence rates.
