Thoracic duct-to-vein anastomosis for the management of thoracic duct outflow obstruction in newborns and infants: a CASE series

Case series of eight newborns and infants who underwent microsurgical thoracic duct-to-vein anastomosis to treat thoracic duct outflow obstruction, either congenital or acquired after cardiac surgery. Six patients achieved successful restoration of lymphatic flow with clinical improvement, though outcomes depended on central venous pressure and underlying anatomy.
