A single institution experience of Eppikajutsuto for the treatment of lymphatic malformations in children

Single-center retrospective study of 10 pediatric patients with lymphatic malformations treated with Eppikajutsuto (TJ-28) herbal medicine demonstrates 83% median response rate with most improvement occurring within first six months. Treatment showed particular efficacy for cervical lesions and airway symptoms, offering a non-surgical alternative for pediatric LM management.
