Case-control study identifying clinical patterns that distinguish isolated capillary malformations from those associated with underlying venous or lymphatic malformations in neonates. Trunk CMs with uniform color, lateral location, parallel vascular axis distribution, and midline sparing strongly predict associated malformations requiring imaging workup.
