Sexual well-being in adolescent and young adults born with arm: the perspective of the patients

Exploratory study of 21 adolescent and young adult ARM patients reveals significant sexual health concerns including fear of fecal incontinence during intercourse, pain (especially in females), and erectile/ejaculatory dysfunction (in males). Most patients do not seek guidance from their surgical team, highlighting need for integrated andrological/gynecological evaluation and sexual counseling in ARM follow-up care.
