Retrospective multi-center study of 30 pediatric patients (≤18 years) with follicular thyroid carcinoma treated surgically across four Italian centers (2000-2017). Compares clinical presentation, treatment approaches, and outcomes with 132 age-matched papillary thyroid carcinoma cases to inform optimal surgical management strategies for this rare pediatric malignancy.
