Primary acquired gastric outlet obstruction in children: A retrospective single center study

This retrospective study describes five cases of primary acquired gastric outlet obstruction in children aged 3-6 years presenting with recurrent nonbilious vomiting. All patients underwent successful retrocolic gastrojejunostomy after diagnostic workup ruled out common causes, highlighting the need for high clinical suspicion in older children with these symptoms.
