Spigelian hernia in children: low versus classical

Seven-year case series of nine pediatric spigelian hernias identifies distinct anatomical variants: low spigelian hernias consistently associated with cryptorchidism versus classical presentation without testicular abnormalities. Recognition of this anatomical relationship may guide surgical approach and testicular positioning during repair.
