The use of the Acellular Dermal Matrix in Microtia Reconstruction to decrease donor site morbidity after temporo-parietal fascia harvest

This study evaluates acellular dermal matrix as a protective layer beneath scalp flaps following temporoparietal fascia harvest in microtia reconstruction. The technique aims to minimize donor-site complications such as contour deformities and healing issues in pediatric patients undergoing ear reconstruction.
