We read the review of our paper, “Retrospective Review of Management of Antenatally Diagnosed Ovarian Cysts at the Hospital for Sick Children” by Dr Bade Toker Kurtmen with interest [1]. This letter calls for a comprehensive discussion of the role of surgical management of large, simple and complex neonatal ovarian cysts.
