Their study offers valuable insights into the long-term outcomes of ovary-preserving surgery for neonatal ovarian cysts, supporting the effectiveness of expectant management for simple cysts. However, the management of complex cysts, particularly those complicated by torsion and auto-amputation, requires deeper exploration [1].
