Revisiting the Swenson Prolapse Maneuver: A Call to Enhance Pull-through Surgeries for Hirchsprung Disease

We write to advocate for reconsidering the “Swenson prolapse” maneuver in the context of laparoscopic-assisted surgical approaches for Hirschsprung disease (HSCR) as we believe it merits reconsideration in the era of minimally invasive surgery.
