We read the letter to the Editor written by Tozelli et al., in which the Authors strongly support bridge stabilization: in their large experience, they achieved good results using bridge stabilizers. We would like to thank the Authors for their endorsement. Bridge stabilization does not increase the risk of the operation, while it is able to prevent in all cases bar dislocation, which is the more common potentially serious complication after Nuss procedure. As the Authors stated, it can be surprising that our report is the only one confirming the “zero dislocation” achieved by Park with bridge technique, and published almost 10 years ago [1].
