In this issue of the Journal of Pediatric Surgery, Dr. Yuval Bar-Yosef and colleagues from Tel-Aviv Medical Center present their retrospective, single-institution series examining the reoperation rates among patients with subcoronal hypospadias repair following newborn circumcision. The authors have a N=69 over nearly 20 years of study. This is a well-written, organized paper which highlights the complexity of subcoronal hypospadias repair in the child who has been previously circumcised.
