doi.org/10.1016/j.jpedsurg.2021.07.023), Professor Davenport and his co-authors analyse the publication output of UK paediatric surgical centres. Unsurprisingly, there is a range of values. However, the authors then make the leap to suggesting that this data could be used to aid trainee application and workforce planning.
