We would like to thank our colleague Dr. Ismail Selvi for his interest in our article on spontaneous passage of ≤10 mm pediatric ureteral stones [1]. As you have mentioned, there are topics to uncover in urinary stone disease. However, in order to reach firm conclusions, we need to distinguish adult literature from pediatrics, as children are not miniaturized adults. Afterwards, we can go further to reveal what is the better for children.
