I read with great interest the article by Elmacı et al. [1] about predictors of spontaneous passage of ureteral stones ≤10 mm in children in a recent issue of the journal.As mentioned by the authors, clinical findings in children, especially infants and toddlers, are not as obvious as adults.Consequently, there is still a need to facilitate determining the strategy of diagnosing, following and treating them.
