In brief

In brief

Clinical reference handbooks created by the APSA Cancer Committee for pediatric surgical oncology. Written by expert APSA members, these resources complement Children's Oncology Group protocols and support evidence-based cancer care in pediatric surgery.

  • APSA Cancer Committee produces clinical handbooks authored by members with deep expertise in pediatric oncologic conditions.
  • Handbooks serve as supplementary resources and do not replace Children's Oncology Group (COG) protocol participation.
  • Continued engagement with COG clinical trials and activities remains strongly encouraged alongside handbook use.

Written by the GCMD Library team from the guideline.

These are the clinical handbooks developed by the APSA Cancer committee. Each handbook is written by APSA members with extensive knowledge of the disease process. These handbooks are not meant to replace involvement with Children's Oncology Group protocols and continued participation in COG activities is strongly encouraged.
