The Wellness Committee of APSA would like to thank JPS for highlighting our inaugural 5 years in their Perspectives column in a series of submissions from the Wellness Committee, which was formed in late 2019. This third submission by Drs. Rialon, Gander, and Brandt highlights the risk of ergonomic injury in our profession, and gives practical “pearls” to help mitigate that risk.
