We read with great interest the article by Alison et al., about “Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) Findings in Pediatric Patients with Choledocholithiasis Justify a Surgery-First Approach A Multi-Center Study.” We believe this is a highly valuable study. This multicenter retrospective research provides important insights into the treatment strategies for pediatric choledocholithiasis.
