Introduction: The Wellness Committee of APSA would like to thank JPS for highlighting our inaugural 5 years in their Perspectives column in a series of submissions from the Wellness Committee, which was formed in late 2019. The APSA Coaching was implemented in 2020 and is detailed by Drs. Saberi, Huang, Palamara, and Neville. Participation in our coaching program has shown both improved wellness and decreased burnout in both coaches and participants and is a robust offering by APSA. We hope you are inspired by what thought leaders can accomplish in our organization, as well as learn about how we can further support each other throughout our careers in “saving lifetimes”.
