Secure Complete Closure of Inguinal Hernia With Preservation of Ductus and Vessels by Introducing Sena Wire
Abstract
Inguinal hernia is a frequent issue among children, leading to inguinal hernia repair (IHR) being one of the most commonly conducted surgeries in pediatric care [1]. This procedure is both safe and effective, with a minimal incidence of complications [1,2]. Although open repair has traditionally been the gold standard, advancements in laparoscopic surgery have introduced a viable alternative, particularly useful in cases such as bilateral hernias or uncertain histories, offering comparable rates of recurrence and complications [1–3].
