Commentary on the 70th British Association of British Association of Paediatric Surgeons Congress, Sheffield, UK. 2nd-5th July 2024

Abstract

There was a milestone moment in Sheffield during the month of July 2024 – the occasion of the 70th BAPS Congress. The theme behind it was “Past, Present and Future”, with as many ex-Presidents as could be mustered. So, care homes, residential facilities and sometimes drinking dens were trawled throughout these Isles for anyone with a claim to the past.
