A multicenter observational cohort study of 24 h and 30 day in-hospital mortality of pediatric and adult trauma patients — An Indian urban tertiary care perspective

Multicenter observational study comparing 24-hour and 30-day mortality between pediatric and adult trauma patients across Indian urban tertiary care centers. Analysis of 16,047 patients from the TITCO cohort (2013-2015) found significantly lower unadjusted mortality in pediatric versus adult trauma cases within 24 hours.
