Introduction of a Warming Bundle to Reduce Hypothermia in Neonatal Surgical Patients

This quality improvement initiative addresses perioperative hypothermia in neonatal surgical patients through implementation of a standardized warming bundle. The intervention targets a critical safety issue, as temperature instability in this vulnerable population is associated with increased morbidity and mortality rates.
