This study evaluates a novel surgical technique—systematic lymphatic repair (SLR)—designed to prevent postoperative lymphatic leaks after neuroblastoma resection. By oversewing disrupted lymphatic planes, SLR aims to reduce complications and accelerate patients' return to cancer treatment.
