Endosurgery workshop to improve the confidence of novice pediatric surgeons in performing laparoscopic hepaticojejunostomy

This study demonstrates that a focused workshop combining lectures, hands-on practice, and porcine model training significantly improves novice pediatric surgeons' technical skills and confidence in performing laparoscopic hepaticojejunostomy. Participants showed measurable gains in suturing precision and task completion, with notable increases in self-reported confidence levels for this complex biliary reconstruction procedure.
