Combined management of perianal rhabdomyosarcoma with chemotherapy, radical surgery, and irradiation: A series of three consecutive children

Case series of three pediatric patients with perianal rhabdomyosarcoma initially misdiagnosed as abscess, treated with combined chemotherapy, abdominoperineal excision, and radiotherapy. All achieved tumor-free status, though neoadjuvant therapy failed to preserve anal sphincters, requiring radical surgery for local control.
